Back to Basics

Inspired by the supermoon, I thought I'd have a play with inks and paints.

It's been so long since I've done a moon scene , I loved doing them so I'm going back to basics with my inks.

I used Distress Inks, Mementos and Adirondacks to get the colours I wanted with my blending brushes. The gold highlights on this one was done using White Gold Starlight paint with a crumpled up bit of kitchen roll. Countryside stamp by Hobbyart.

This one was done using the same ranges of inks and with a metallic silver acrylic paint.Winter tide stamp by Penny Black.

Thanks for looking x
